3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jilihost is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). jilihost may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilihost login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilihost will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilihost's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your jilihost account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
